If you have a quality problem please report it via email with a picture and video attached within 4 days of being delivered. 

  • Do not alter the bundles if you have a quality problem on arrival. 
  • Do not cut the lace if there's a quality problem on available. 

Once the product is altered you are 100% responsible for the hair.
